Honeycomb is pleased to partner with the Western Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 3 Administrative Assistant to join the Finance Team. This is a temporary, part-time position for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension.

The Organisation

This role is based within the Finance Department at the South West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen.

The Role

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Access to Healthcare Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external organisations regarding healthcare access and the recovery of costs from private or paying patients.

The Person

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop new skills.
  • Capable of managing workload independently.

Essential Criteria

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience working within the Health and Social Care Trust.
