The Role

As a Graduate Banking Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with client queries and providing initial points of contact for payment and account inquiries.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting necessary documentation.
• Engaging in back-office operations, resolving payment and account queries, and reconciling processes.
• Collaborating closely with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Contributing to project work as you gain experience and develop your career.

The PersonEssential Criteria

• Educated to degree level or with experience financial analyst role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Desirable Criteria

• A degree in finance, mathematics, economics, or a related field
• Previous experience in customer service or retail banking.
• Familiarity with financial processes and operations.
• A passion for the banking industry and a desire to grow within it.
