Honeycomb is delighted to be working in partnership with our client, a well-established construction company based in Dungannon, to recruit a Health & Safety Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to support a range of exciting projects nationwide, providing vital administrative assistance to the department.

In this position, you will act as a key point of contact, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all essential documentation and policies remain fully compliant. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently are crucial. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, thorough, and attentive to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all documentation, both paper-based and electronic, ensuring it is accurately logged, securely stored, and readily accessible via SharePoint.
  • Serve as the central contact for the department, responding to queries and advising colleagues of required documentation.
  • Support the preparation of audit documentation, including setting up files, compiling reports, and processing questionnaires.
  • Coordinate meetings, both in person and via Microsoft Teams, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with continuous improvements to document control and data management procedures.

The Person

The successful applicant will have previous administrative experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. You will be highly organised, proactive, and a confident communicator. Strong IT proficiency is essential, along with the ability to work independently. Experience within the construction industry would be advantageous.

The Benefits

A competitive salary between £28,000-£33,000 is available, dependent on experience. The role operates Monday to Friday. Further details regarding the overall remuneration package and benefits will be shared during the application process.
