The Role

The HR Advisor will be instrumental in supporting the company's HR operations. This role is based at the company's headquarters in Knockbracken Health Care Park and offers the opportunity to work closely with recruitment managers to streamline agency recruitment processes. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient hiring practices and fostering a positive experience for candidates and managers alike.

• Advertise and manage job postings efficiently.
• Collaborate with recruitment managers to review CVs and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Support informal chats and interviews as required.
• Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.

The Person

The ideal candidate for this HR Advisor role will be a proactive and organised HR professional with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.

Essential:

• A relevant HR degree or equivalent professional qualification and a minimum of 1 years' experience in a HR function.
• OR Experience A relevant HR diploma or equivalent professional qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR function.
• OR A minimum of 4 years' experience in a HR function, 2 years of which must be at Band 4 or above.
• A least 1 years' experience of working with computerised and manual Human Resources information and administrative systems including the production and analysis of statistical information.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of healthcare recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with agency recruitment systems.
