The Company

Our client is a well-established public-sector organisation based in the heart of Belfast City Centre. Please note this role is temporary for 3 months and hybrid working is not an option, this role will be based on-site. Excellent hourly rate at £14.82.

The Role

Our client is seeking an organised and detail-focused Project/ HR Administrator to support a comprehensive review of HR records. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, organising and securely disposing of HR files and documents within the organisation's HR Systems. This role will suit someone who enjoys structured work, has a strong eye for detail and is confident handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and standardise digital and paper HR files in line with GDPR, the organisation's retention and disposal schedule, and updated filing frameworks.

  • Review, scan and/or securely dispose of paper records in accordance with GDPR and internal policies.

  • Scan incoming and existing documents to a high standard.

  • Upload scanned files to the HRIS accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain a tidy, organised filing system with appropriate cross-referencing and documentation.

  • Uphold strict confidentiality and ensure high data security standards throughout the project.

  • Support ad-hoc HR record requests as required.

The Person

Desirable Criteria:

  • Minimum of 1 year's administrative experience within an HR or similar environment.

  • Demonstrable experience handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.

  • Confident using an HRIS platform and basic scanning equipment.

  • Ability to work independently, follow procedures and document findings clearly.

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
