The Job
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join a dynamic property team, supporting all stages of new build transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced fee earners, ensuring the smooth progression of matters through effective administration, document management and coordination. This role is well-suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a structured, high-volume environment.

The Role
* Open and manage new client matters, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with internal systems
* Assist with the preparation, review and issuing of invoices
* Manage incoming post, including scanning and distributing documentation efficiently
* Upload, organise and maintain documents within the firm's document management system
* Prepare and compile contract and closing packs for transactions
* Support the team with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of matters
The Person
* Previous experience in a legal administrative role or similar environment
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Clear communication skills and the ability to work within a busy team
* Comfortable using case management and document systems (training can be provided)
* Professional, proactive and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
