Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting a leading commercial law firm in the appointment of a Legal Executive to join its growing Real Estate team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded firm and play a key role in renewable energy property transactions.
The Job
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Executive to join a dynamic real estate team, working on renewable energy property transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner specialising in this area, taking ownership of progressing and completing transactions while receiving guidance and support where required. This role is well-suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and capable of managing complex matters independently.

The Role
* Review title documentation and prepare high-quality drafts of option agreements and leases
* Manage pre-option enquiries and conduct all relevant property searches
* Oversee the execution and completion of option agreements
* Handle stamp duty processes and prepare and lodge inhibition forms
* Provide clear and regular updates to clients
* Maintain accurate and well-organised correspondence and documentation
* Take ownership of progressing transactions from instruction through to completion
The Person
* Previous experience in a legal executive role
* Previous property experience is desirable
* Experience working within a property department, including title review and an understanding of property transactions
* Strong communication skills and experience in a client-facing role
* Excellent judgement with the ability to recognise when to escalate matters
* Highly organised with a proactive and results-driven approach
* Ability to manage workload independently and take ownership of tasks
* Professional, motivated and detail-oriented
