Honeycomb is delighted to partner with one of the top Law firms in Dublin to recruit for a Legal PA to support the Projects & Construction team. The Role
The role will involve a range of high-level duties, and would be best suited to an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The main duties of the role include:
- Managing emails, calendars, meetings, and events.
- Manage travel arrangements, including client reports and travel packs.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee monthly billing, time allocation, and invoice preparation.
- Manage expense submissions accurately and on time.
- Use Microsoft Office to produce high-quality documents and presentations.
- Provide support to other PAs in the practice group and handle ad hoc duties as needed.
Desirable criteria
- At least 4 years' experience as a Legal PA/Secretary in a busy environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with case management & billing systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong written/verbal communication.
