Honeycomb is delighted to partner with one of the top Law firms in Dublin to recruit for a Legal PA to support the Projects & Construction team. The Role

The role will involve a range of high-level duties, and would be best suited to an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Managing emails, calendars, meetings, and events.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including client reports and travel packs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee monthly billing, time allocation, and invoice preparation.
  • Manage expense submissions accurately and on time.
  • Use Microsoft Office to produce high-quality documents and presentations.
  • Provide support to other PAs in the practice group and handle ad hoc duties as needed.

Desirable criteria

  • At least 4 years' experience as a Legal PA/Secretary in a busy environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with case management & billing systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong written/verbal communication.
