Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting a leading international Professional Services firm in the appointment of an experienced Personal Assistant to join its high-performing corporate team in Dublin. The Job
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support within a busy corporate function. The role will involve managing a broad range of administrative and organisational tasks, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the team. It is ideally suited to someone coming from a large corporate, Big 4, or international law firm environment, who is comfortable working at pace and managing competing priorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior professionals through effective diary management, coordination, and communication.

The Role
* Manage complex inboxes, diaries, meetings, and events for senior stakeholders
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including preparation of detailed itineraries and client documentation
* Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, maintaining a professional and responsive approach
* Oversee monthly billing processes, including time recording, allocation, and invoice preparation
* Process and submit expenses accurately within required timeframes
* Produce high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office 365
* Provide support to colleagues within the wider PA team and assist with ad hoc administrative duties as required

The Person
* Minimum of four years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a professional services environment
* Previous experience in a corporate, Big 4, or international law firm setting is highly desirable
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Experience using case management and billing systems would be advantageous
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Professional, adaptable, and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
