Honeycomb is assisting a top Law Firm with Grade A office space in Dublin city, to recruit for an experienced Legal PA to join their high performing team. The role is full time and permanent.

The Role

The Legal PA is a broad based role where you will be supporting a number of partners and lawyers and providing a proactive service to ensure operational effectiveness. This is a busy role and will suit a self-starter, able to work on your own initiative, and display excellent judgement and problem-solving skills.

In this role you will:

  • Proactively manage partner inboxes and diaries, organising domestic and international meetings which requires a high level of communication;
  • Manage travel arrangements including bookings, itinerary preparation, expenses and invoice processing, working with the firm's travel provider;
  • Support on all administrative processes, including expenses, to ensure completion within deadline;
  • Coordinate and organise group events, for example the team Christmas party and annual away day;
  • Update and ensure data integrity on the CRM system 'Connect' in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Liaise with Finance, IT, Marketing and other departments across the firm;
  • Collate, file and manage relevant materials and documents on the iManage system;
  • Work to strict deadlines and prioritise workloads; and
  • Provide additional support as required.

Essential Criteria

  • You are excellent at building relationships within your team and across the firm;
  • You are highly credible and understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality in this role;
  • You have experience in a responsible personal assistant role in professional services or a complex corporate environment;
  • You are proficient in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and are IT literate;
  • You have excellent data management skills and attention to detail.
