Honeycomb is pleased to be supporting a top-tier Belfast-based law firm in appointing a Legal PA to join its highly regarded Property team.
The Job
This is a key support role within a busy and high-performing property department, providing high-quality PA and administrative support to senior fee earners on a wide range of commercial and residential property matters. The successful candidate must have previous property experience and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment, supporting multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.

The Role
* Provide high-level PA and administrative support to partners and fee earners within the property department
* Prepare, amend and manage a wide range of property-related documentation and correspondence
* Audio and copy typing, document production and comprehensive file management
* Act as a professional and proactive point of contact for clients, agents, solicitors and third parties
* Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and key deadlines
* Assist with billing, matter opening and general practice management support
* Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times and that work is delivered to a consistently high standard
The Person
* Proven experience working as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a property or real estate team (desirable)
* Property experience is essential
* Strong typing and document production skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Proactive, professional and able to work with minimal supervision
* A strong team player with a flexible and dependable approach
