Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a well-established local law firm in Carrickfergus to assist with the search for a Legal Secretary to join their busy Conveyancing team.
The Job
You will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to a conveyancing practice, working closely with solicitors on a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions. This role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in conveyancing who enjoys working in a client-focused, fast-paced legal environment.

Package/Benefits:

The Role
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team
* Prepare, amend and manage conveyancing documentation and correspondence
* Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors, counsel and third parties
* Manage diaries, appointments and key completion and exchange deadlines
* Handle telephone enquiries and provide updates to clients where appropriate
* Maintain accurate file management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and confidentiality requirements
The Person
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Legal Secretary
* Previous experience within a conveyancing or property law environment is essential
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines
* Comfortable working independently while supporting a busy solicitor and wider team
* Professional, dependable and detail-focused
