Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a prominent Belfast law firm in the search for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their established and respected conveyancing team.
The Job
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support within a busy conveyancing department, working alongside experienced solicitors on a diverse range of property matters. This position would suit an experienced Legal Secretary with solid conveyancing expertise and strong organisational ability.

Package/Benefits:

The Role
* Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the conveyancing department
* Draft, prepare, and manage conveyancing documents and related correspondence
* Audio typing and effective file management
* Communicate professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
* Manage diaries, appointments, and critical deadlines
* Ensure confidentiality and maintain excellent attention to detail at all times
The Person
* Proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary is required
* Excellent audio typing and general administrative skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
* Capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment
* Dependable, flexible, and professional in their approach
