Honeycomb is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established Belfast law firm to recruit a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their busy and highly regarded litigation team.
The Job
You will provide full secretarial and administrative support within a busy litigation department, working closely with solicitors across a broad range of contentious matters. This role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary with previous litigation exposure and the ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.

Package/Benefits:
* £26,000 - £31,000 DOE

The Role
* Provide comprehensive secretarial support within the litigation department
* Prepare, amend and manage legal documentation and correspondence relating to litigation matters
* Audio typing and effective file and case management
* Liaise professionally with clients, counsel, courts and other external parties
* Manage diaries, court dates, appointments and key deadlines
* Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of accuracy at all times
The Person
* Previous experience as a Litigation Legal Secretary is essential
* Strong audio typing and general administrative skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Able to work on their own initiative while contributing positively to a team
* Reliable, adaptable and professional in their approach
