Honeycomb is pleased to be supporting a prominent Belfast-based law firm in the appointment of a Litigation Legal Secretary to join their established and fast-growing litigation department.
The Job
This is a key support role within a busy litigation team, providing high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance to fee earners handling a broad range of contentious work. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a pressurised environment and will bring previous litigation experience along with strong organisational and technical skills.

Package/Benefits:
* £26,000 - £30,000 DOE

The Role
* Deliver full secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the litigation department
* Draft, amend and manage a wide range of legal documents and correspondence
* Audio typing and comprehensive file and case administration in a busy litigation environment
* Act as a professional point of contact for clients, counsel, courts and external parties
* Coordinate diaries, court schedules, meetings and critical deadlines
* Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times and that work is completed to a high standard
The Person
* Proven experience working as a Litigation Legal Secretary
* Strong audio typing ability and solid administrative experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
* Dependable, flexible and professional in approach
