Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a leading international law firm Dublin to aid in the search for a Legal Secretary to join their well-established Banking team.
The Job
You will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to a busy banking and transactional practice, working closely with solicitors on a wide range of complex commercial matters. This role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary from a banking, finance, or broader transactional background, including construction or corporate law, who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.

The Role
* Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Banking team
* Prepare, amend, and manage legal documents and transactional correspondence
* Manage invoicing, billing processes, and liaise with internal finance teams as required
* Liaise professionally with clients, financial institutions, counsel, and third parties
* Diary management, scheduling meetings, and monitoring key deadlines
* File management and adherence to confidentiality and compliance requirements
The Person
* Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Legal Secretary
* Experience within banking, finance, or a transactional practice area is desirable
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working independently while supporting a busy team
* Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented in approach
