Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's premier law firms to recruit for a 12 month FTC Legal Secretary for their Litigation department. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a market leading firm in Dublin with a great culture.

The firm is recognised as a leader in various practice areas. They provide a wide range of services to corporate, financial, and industrial clients, including both domestic and international organisations, as well as clients in the public sector. With offices in key global locations, the firm serves a diverse, global client base.

The Role

The Legal Secretary will be working into Senior Partner level in the Litigation team. Typical duties will include:

  • Document management
  • Diary & Meeting management
  • Corporate travel
  • Preparing briefs & booklets
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
  • General administration duties - filing, scanning, photocopying etc

Essential Criteria

  • 2+ years experience working as a Legal Secretary within Litigation
  • Experience with Case Management and Billing systems
  • Excellent typing & Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner with all levels of the business.
  • A positive attitude, the ability to take ownership and responsibility for the completion of tasks and the ability to take and demonstrate initiative.
  • Minimum 65 wpm.
