The Role:
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be an integral part of a close-knit team, ensuring the smooth operation of applications and supporting advisors with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include -
- Managing client documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Providing administrative support to the mortgage advisory team.
- Liaising with clients to gather required information and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the office.
The Person:
This role is ideal for someone with a proactive attitude and a passion for supporting a high-performing team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in mortgage administration or financial services.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial documentation.
