Mortgage Administrator

Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established financial services firm based in Belfast to recruit for a Mortgage Administrator.

The Client

Our client is a growing and close-knit financial planning practice, with a strong team of Financial Advisors and administrative support staff. With a collaborative culture and a steady flow of business, they offer a supportive environment where individuals can develop and progress their careers within financial services.

Due to internal progression, they are now looking to bring in a Mortgage Administrator to support their advisory team.

The Role

Working closely with Mortgage Advisors, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for clients.

Duties will include:

  • Processing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors and clients to gather required documentation
  • Managing client files and ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Supporting advisors with case progression and pipeline management
  • Handling client queries and providing a high level of customer service throughout the process

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in a mortgage administration or financial services role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
