Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside a leading local business, based in Ballymena, to recruit for an Office Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business that takes great pride in the services they provide.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing documentation relating to supplier accounts, raising purchase orders, invoicing and high-level data entry. You will act as a main point of contact for the department, handling general queries and allocating calls where applicable. You will liaise with suppliers daily, ensuring daily operations flow smoothly.

The Right Person for this role will possess previous experience in a similar role, where they have demonstrated excellent organisational skills and an ability to communicate effectively. You will be confident working with numerical data and have a high level of attention to detail. Previous financial admin experience is desirable for this role but not essential.

The Package for this role includes a competitive salary of £26000-£27000, dependant on experience. Full benefits of this role can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
