Honeycomb is pleased to support our established client to recruit for an Office Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. This opportunity offers a well-organised, hardworking individual the chance to play an important role in supporting the smooth running of daily office operations.
As Administrator, you will provide key administrative support across the business, assisting with customer queries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial and compliance processes. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a busy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries while managing daily office correspondence.
- Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Process customer transactions and ensure required identification and records are correctly captured.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to coordinate deliveries and collections.
- Accurately record purchase and sales information for month end reports for the company's Financial Controller.
- Maintain compliance documentation, licences, and records to support internal checks and external audits.
The Person
The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience within a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office, alongside good numerical ability and a high level of accuracy. Strong organisational ability, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively will be key.
The Benefits
A competitive salary of £30,000 is available. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with further details on the benefits package provided at application stage.
