Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with a well-established Legal firm based in Lisburn to recruit for an office administrator to join their busy team.
The Role
This is a full-time, office-based position providing an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and organised team.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role involves providing essential administrative support, helping maintain efficient processes, and ensuring a professional environment for both staff and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and an effective communicator, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to supporting the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support across the office to keep operations running smoothly.
* Helping manage communications and internal processes efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
* Assisting with day-to-day office management and project-based tasks.
* Ensuring the office presents a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and colleagues.

Package & Benefits:
* Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per annum.
* Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
* 28 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory holidays.

Person Specification
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative role.
* Well-organised with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Previous experience in office administration or reception is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of finance or accounts processes is desirable.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office IT systems.
