The Role
The Office Administrator will join the HR & Administration function, playing a central role in organisational coordination, governance support and day-to-day office operations. This position supports the Senior Management Team and Board of Directors, ensuring the organisation runs efficiently, safely and in line with compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration

Maintain a warm, welcoming environment for visitors, professionals and staff.

Handle all correspondence and enquiries, providing professional telephone and reception support.

Process incoming mail and maintain accurate records in line with internal policies.

Manage central queries and ensure clear, timely communication across teams.

Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team.

Collate, produce, and distribute organisational documents and information.

Oversee general office duties including ordering supplies, data input, organising meetings, providing refreshments, and photocopying.

Manage meeting room diaries, organisational booking systems and reminder processes.

Assist in planning conferences, seminars, workshops, and training sessions, including preparing materials and delegate packs.

Support marketing activities, including campaign administration.

Ensure the office environment is safe, comfortable, and well maintained.

Support the Manager with Health & Safety responsibilities across the organisation.

Conduct weekly Health & Safety, Fire Safety and GDPR compliance checks.

Coordinate facilities maintenance, repairs and contractor visits.

Organise, chair, and administrate bi-annual Office Meetings to support continuous improvement.
