On-boarding Specialist - Risk and Partnership Affairs (Graduate/Entry level)
This is your chance to join an industry-leading company in a brand-new role that puts you right at the heart of the action. You'll work closely with the Risk Department, collaborating with talented colleagues and building strong relationships with clients.

The Client

Our client is a global law firm, known for being a true leader in their field. They have a large corporate office in Dublin city and offer ongoing training & development.

About the role

In this role you will:
-Conduct conflict searches and analyse results
-Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulations
-Keep updated with changes in regulations and industry standards
-Investigate to understand whether changes to existing mandates create any conflict or other compliance issues for the firm
-Liaise with partners and lawyers to resolve any conflicts of interest arising on matters where scope has changed since original conflicts clearance
-Assist in firm-wide training relating to conflicts, information barriers and compliance-based policies / procedures
-Manage administration including record maintenance as required
-Provide reports and updates of items on work list as required
-Assist on relevant database searches to satisfy the firm's regulatory requirements; and
-Any other ad hoc duties and projects as required.

About you

-You are highly numerate, with excellent attention to detail
-You have strong system skills
-You can work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
-You thrive in a busy, high-volume environment and have the ability to work quickly and
accurately under pressure
-You have a proactive approach and display excellent client service and communication skills
-Ideally you have an undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
-Ideally you have experience using Intapp or a similar on-boarding tool and
Excel experience is essential.
