Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a leading Law Firm to recruit for a Paralegal to join their Private Client team. The role is full time and permanent with an excellent salary & Benefits package.

The Role

As a Paralegal - Private Client, you will play a vital role in supporting solicitors and delivering exceptional service to clients. This position is ideal for someone passionate about private client law and eager to develop their skills further.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney, and estate documents.
  • Supporting solicitors in the administration of estates and trusts.
  • Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals to ensure smooth case management.
  • Maintaining accurate case files and assisting with client onboarding processes.

The Person

  • This Paralegal - Private Client role is suited to a detail-oriented and compassionate legal professional who thrives in a structured environment.
  • A law degree (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience as a Paralegal, Legal Professional, or Legal Executive.
  • Experience working with Wills, Trusts, and Estates.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Desirable

  • Previous experience with Trusts and Office of Care and Protection (OCP), Controllership cases, and registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPAs).

  • Salary £27 - £30K depending on experience.
  • 25 days leave + 13 stats
