Honeycomb is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established legal firm to recruit an experienced PA to join their busy Belfast office.
The Job
We are currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant, ideally with a background in either legal or professional services, to join a well-established law firm supporting the managing director. The role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including complex diary management, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing high-quality documents and reports, handling confidential correspondence, and providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of a busy firm.
Your Package/Benefits:
- Salary range - £28,000 - £33,000

The Person
- Previous experience as a PA (Essential)
- Skilled at audio dictation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take instructions and participate in any required ad-hoc projects
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- Able to work within a team as well as own initiative
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
- High Attention to detail and accuracy
