They are looking to recruit a Personal Lines Insurance Agent in their Dungannon office.
The Role
Typical duties for the role of a Personal Lines Insurance Agent will include:
- Advising individuals on suitable home, motor, and personal insurance products
- Handling new business quotations, renewals, and policy amendments with accuracy
- Responding promptly to customer queries and providing clear, helpful guidance
- Maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Building rapport with clients and fostering ongoing customer loyalty
- Liaising with insurance providers to source the most competitive cover
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team to deliver excellent service
- Managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling appropriate products
Desirable Criteria
- One years experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
- Comfortable engaging with both customers and insurance providers
- Well-organised and thrives within a collaborative, close-knit team
- Values lasting partnerships and delivers service with professionalism
