Honeycomb is delighted to partner with our client to appoint a Procurement Administrator in Craigavon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation in a fast-paced, dynamic sector.
As a Procurement Administrator, you will manage supplier documentation, process purchase orders accurately, maintain organised records, and ensure smooth communication between suppliers and internal teams. You'll also provide vital administrative support to keep the procurement function running efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and validate supplier documentation and delivery paperwork.
- Cross-check delivery documentation against purchase orders and record accurately in the system.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies between delivery records and system data.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, excellent organisational skills, and strong customer service abilities.
The role offers a salary of £24,000-£25,000, Monday-Thursday working hours with an early finish on Friday, and on-site parking.
