Honeycomb are pleased to be working alongside a reputable and long-standing property management firm to recruit for a Property Manager to join their expanding Belfast team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into the property sector, with full training provided. There is also scope for an experienced Property Manager to come in and make an immediate impact.

The Job
Are you looking to start or further develop your career in property management? In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing a varied portfolio of properties, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to clients while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

For those entering the industry, a structured 12-month training programme will be provided to support your development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing property owners, outlining services and managing expectations
  • Assist with preparing and managing budgets, ensuring accurate billing and financial records
  • Manage phone, email, and written communication professionally, and attend meetings and AGMs where required
  • Ensure all properties meet relevant HSE standards and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation
  • Coordinate with contractors, issue work orders, agree costs, and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met
  • Carry out routine property inspections and maintain detailed reports of findings and actions

Your Package/Benefits:

Salary banding will differ depending on experience:

  • Candidates with no prior property experience: £27,000 - £30,000
  • Candidates with previous property management experience: £30,000 - £34,000

  • 20 days holiday + 5 statutory days + additional day off for your birthday

  • Hybrid working available after successful probation (1 day from home)
  • Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch
  • Friday 9am - 4:30pm with 30 minutes lunch

The Person

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing or client-focused role
  • Full, valid driving licence
  • Previous experience dealing with complaints (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Keen interest in developing a career within property management
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, resilient, and hardworking approach
