Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting a well-established property management company in the search for an experienced Property Manager. This role involves responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio and delivering a high standard of service to tenants, landlords, and external stakeholders. There is an opportunity to work in either the West Belfast or South Belfast branch, depending on preference.

The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, managing tenancy processes, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside a proactive approach to resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
* Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Tenancy Coordination: Handle tenancy start-ups, renewals, terminations, and related documentation.
* Tenant and Landlord Liaison: Act as the main point of contact, handling queries promptly and professionally.
* Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate and schedule maintenance work, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with relevant housing, safety, and legal standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
* Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and produce clear, organised reports.

Person Specification
* Previous experience in property management or lettings
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident in handling tenant and landlord queries and resolving issues professionally
* Working knowledge of property compliance and housing regulations (or willingness to learn)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
* IT proficient, with the ability to learn internal systems and databases
