Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a leading supply chain business to recruit a Purchasing Administrator to join their team in Belfast. Our client is experiencing continual demand within the industry making it a great time to join a well-established team. The Role

  • Maintaining of stock and inventory on site, updating ERP system.
  • High level customer service, providing order quotations, uploading of purchase orders to any delivery enquiries.
  • Sourcing of parts and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Any other administrative tasks as required, such as reports and data entry.

The Person

  • A strong administrative professional with experience in MRO across the engineering, manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Experience in purchasing or sourcing of parts.
  • Customer focused, with ability to build excellent relationships with stakeholders.
  • IT proficient, particularly with ERP systems.

The package for this role includes a competitive salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience. Based in Newtownards, with a working week of Monday- Friday, 8:30-5. This role presents great opportunities within the business for long-term progression and development.
