Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting a well-established legal firm in Lisburn with the recruitment of a Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy and thriving team.
The Job
You will act as the first point of contact for the firm, providing a warm and professional welcome to all clients and visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial; however, a confident, organised individual with strong administrative skills and a personable approach will thrive in this position. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role
* Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm and professional welcome
* Answer and manage incoming calls, taking accurate messages and directing queries appropriately
* Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and diaries as required
* Manage incoming and outgoing post alongside general office administration duties
* Assist with basic document preparation and file management
* Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
The Person
* Administration experience is essential
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is advantageous
* Experience within a legal or professional services environment is desirable
* Strong organisational and administrative abilities
* Confident and friendly communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Ability to multitask and manage a busy front-of-house environment
* Reliable, adaptable, and proactive with a willingness to support the wider team
