Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a prestigious organisation in the education sector for the role of Part Time Temporary Receptionist. Based in Lisburn, this opportunity operates on 3 days a week, Monday - Wednesday. This role will require you going through an Enhanced Access NI check.

Your new role of receptionist involves call handling, general administrative support with daily operations, scanning/filing documents, as well as monitoring a shared email inbox.

For you to thrive in this role you should have a minimum of 2 years in a busy receptionist/secretarial role. You should possess strong organisational skills as well as being proficient in IT systems including the Microsoft suite. If you thrive on building lasting relationships and enjoy delivering the best customer service this is the role for you.

The role is paying an attractive hourly rate of £14.52. With great facilities and parking onsite this opportunity will allow you to gain valuable experience on a temporary basis.
