The Role

The Recruitment / HR Administrator will provide essential support to the HR team, with a particular focus on recruitment coordination and general HR administration. This is a fast-paced, varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

This is a temporary position for an initial 3-month period, fully office-based in Belfast city centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration processes

  • Post job advertisements across relevant platform

  • Arrange interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers

  • Prepare interview documentation and packs

  • Issue offer letters and support onboarding processes

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems

  • Assist with contract preparation and employee documentation

  • Support absence tracking and general HR record keeping

  • Ensure all documentation is compliant with GDPR requirements

  • Respond to HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide administrative support to the wider HR team

  • Assist with HR projects and process improvements

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

The Person

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
