Honeycomb is pleased to partner with our valued client to appoint a Sales and Retention Insurance Advisor to join their team based in Dublin 6. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established organisation that continues to grow within a dynamic and evolving sector.

The Sales and Retention Insurance Advisor is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for dealing with customers over the telephone to manage renewals, customer enquiries and client retention. Duties of this role include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and ensuring you are providing the most suitable cover solutions.
  • Managing renewals and client retention in line with targets and compliance.
  • Deal with all requests internally and externally in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take responsibility for delivering the highest level of accuracy and quality in your work.
  • Build great relationships across all teams and work collaboratively to deliver on team targets and objectives.
  • Ensure all compliance standards are met during all processes and all files and records are kept up to date on internal systems.

The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar position and be well accustomed to working in a busy environment. You will pride yourself on your ability to negotiate and solve problems, have great communication and inter-personal skills, superb attention to detail and a can do attitude. Excellent customer service and sales skills are essential for this role. Previous experience in the insurance industry is also advantageous.

The Package for this role includes a salary ranging from €29000- €32000, dependant on experience, bonus incentives, funded qualifications, pension contribution and a fantastic team culture. This is an in office role, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and one Saturday per month is required.
