Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting a global professional services organisation in the search for a highly skilled Senior Legal PA / Legal Operations professional. This role provides comprehensive support to senior leadership and assists with global legal operations.

The Role
As Senior Legal PA you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and global processes. You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to senior leaders while assisting with global legal operations, including billing, payroll, matter support, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- General PA Support: Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, handle emails, calls, and post, and organise travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transfers.
- Matter Support: Coordinate file openings, client care, and end-of-matter activities.
- Contracts Administration: Draft client and consultant contracts using standard templates, proofread for accuracy, and manage contract approvals and signing processes.
- Finance Support: Assist with client billing, monitor and review timesheets, process accounts payable and payroll, and liaise with Finance teams.
- Business Operations: Lead onboarding activities, coordinate pre-hire screenings, manage communications with candidates, and work closely with internal teams such as HR, Finance, IT, and administrative support.

Person Specification:
- Previous Legal PA experience
- Strong attention to detail and high numeracy skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and escalate appropriately
- Strong written skills, with the ability to draft formal documents using templates and guidance
- A proactive, process-minded approach and the confidence to work with new systems while adapting processes as needed
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a global, growth-focused business and the flexibility to take on diverse responsibilities
- Professionalism, tact, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to personal development and continuous improvement of IT and administrative skills
