Shipping Coordinator

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable logistics business, to recruit a for a Shipping Coordinator on a permanent, full-time basis. This is the ideal role for someone who is an excellent communicator and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Our client is continuing to grow and expand the business, making it a perfect time to join.

The Role

• Responsible for monitoring and tracking of shipments, handling of all queries promptly.
• Updating tracking systems and preparing of customs documentation.
• Administrative tasks including, invoicing, billing and reporting.
• Provide high level customer service and resolve any queries.

The Right Person

• A strong administrator, ideally with previous experience working within shipping/ transport.
• Ability to work within tight time frames and be an excellent communicator.
• IT proficiency, good with numbers and ability to pick up on new systems quickly.
• A customer service professional, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The package for this role includes a salary of £25,000-£27,000 depending on experience, alongside a wider benefits package which can be discussed upon meeting with Honeycomb. This role offers the rare opportunity to work within a thriving industry, with a great team. This role is based in office in Belfast with a shift pattern of Monday- Friday 8am-4:15pm with 1-3 weekend cover 8am-12pm.
