Team Leader – Professional Services

Honeycomb is assisting a Global Professional Services firm to recruit for a Team Leader to oversee the day to day operations and people management of a Business Services division. The role is full time and prmanent and an opportunity to work for one of the leading corporate companies in Belfast.

The Client

A true Leader in their field, our client is an international Professional Services firm. They are heavily invested in their staff well being and career and are known for being a great place to work. Working closely with the London office, you will be able to build relationships with stakeholders both on a local and global scale.

The Role

As the Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and Line management of 14 staff in Belfast and remotely managing a team of 6 in London. The role will consist of three pillars:

• Line Management of staff
• Service Delivery
• Stakeholder engagement

Desirable Criteria

• Team leader experience in a Professional Services environment
• Evidence of providing exceptional client service
• Experience of working in a busy target driven environment
• Strong people management skills
