Honeycomb is delighted to be working with the Adult Learning Disability Team in Enniskillen to recruit a Band 3 Team Secretary
Are you an organised multitasker with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others?
We're looking for a Team Secretary to provide vital admin support to our Adult Learning Disability Team in Enniskillen.

The Role
Duties include but are not restricted to
- Keeping diaries up to date - both electronic and paper-based
- Arranging meetings, take minutes, and support staff coordination
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and confidential records
- Using computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Supporting the wider team to deliver an efficient and caring service
The Person
- Great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Strong communication - both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A flexible, can-do attitude
- Respect for confidentiality and professionalism
- A friendly, team-focused approach
Essential Criteria
Option 1:
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C), including English Language (or equivalent)
- PLUS 1 year's admin or clerical experience
Option 2:
- NVQ Level II in Business & Administration (or equivalent)
- PLUS 1 year's admin or clerical experience
Option 3:
- 3 years' admin or clerical experience
A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a car for work.
(This may be waived for applicants with a disability who can use other suitable transport.)
