Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, an established business to recruit for a Travel & Events Administrator, to join their team in Armagh. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business during a time of continual growth and internal development.

The Travel & Events Administrator is a key role for the business. You will be responsible for scheduling travel and accommodation for colleagues, assisting in the planning of internal events, HR related duties, and wider administrative support. Duties of the role include:

  • Act as the main point of contact for internal departments, including on-field representatives and senior management, handling queries.
  • Scheduling travel and accommodation for colleagues, both domestic and international, including flights, hotels and transfers.
  • Assist in internal event co-ordination, scheduling client visits, confirming staff events, and arranging catering.
  • Support with HR-related duties, compiling induction packs, onboarding new staff, and ensuring the internal system is kept up to date.
  • Provide general office administration support, ordering office supplies, maintaining records and handling requests.
  • High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.

The Right Person for this role will ideally have previous experience working in a similar role, possessing excellent communication skills. You will pride yourself on your ability to co-ordinate effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organisational skills. Strong IT skills are required for this role.

The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £26000- £28000, dependant on experience, with Monday-Friday working hours, and on site parking.
