Having worked within the recruitment sector in Northern Ireland for over 15 years’, I have had the pleasure of partnering with many of Northern Ireland’s leading organisations across the private, public and third sectors and feel very privileged to have supported their growth and organisational objectives. I have also worked with many exceptional business support professionals, guiding them through each stage of their career. In many cases, I am now working with the second generation of job seekers within families (although I like to focus more on my experience than my age when I reflect on this fact!).
Hi, my name is Louise and I am a Specialist Consultant for Honeycomb. Having previously worked within recruitment for the public sector for 15 years, I have had exposure to working with a diverse mix of client groups and employers. As a representative for the Department for Employment and Learning, my role was to engage with Key employers to manage their recruitment campaigns and organise large scale recruitment events, specifically aimed at helping the unemployed, graduates and returners to the market. A natural people person, I enjoyed the interactive element of recruitment and the positive outcome it has both for candidates and clients. Therefore, when it came to considering my next career move, it felt natural to move into a Consultant role.
Hello, I’m Erin and I am one of the Specialist Consultants at Honeycomb. My interest in recruitment stemmed from working through agencies myself as a student and identifying what a valuable service a good recruitment partner provides for its candidates and clients. I am passionate about business and the opportunity to work with many exciting companies greatly appealed to me. I have recruited for many different market sectors and have a thorough understanding of the ‘fit’ required for different industries. I enjoy building relationships and providing a consultative approach to help people achieve their overall career objectives. I love my job for many reasons but mostly as it allows me to indulge in my favourite hobby – talking!
Hi, I’m Claire and I look after the Temporary & Contract desk across ‘Professional Services’ at Honeycomb. As a former Business Director within catering, I understand that a responsive service, focused on an exceptional customer experience is at the heart of a great business. Having also enjoyed a career in teaching, I wanted to combine this customer centric approach with a role that would enable me to support professionals in achieving their career potential. As I enjoy engaging with both clients and candidates within a professional context, I am delighted have joined the team at Honeycomb as I feel it fulfils my own career passions while supporting others in achieving theirs!
Hi, I’m Kelly and I’m the Office Manager here at Honeycomb. As a former Events Manager with 4 years’ Event Management experience, I approached Honeycomb for a change of direction with my career & it just so happened that they had the perfect position for me! Not only do I ensure the Hive is kept afloat by managing the day-to-day running of Honeycomb HQ, I also look after the team by supporting their needs. My move into the recruitment sector has encouraged me to increase my level of responsibility through the variety of tasks my position has to offer, and has allowed me to continue to interact with clients… something I thoroughly enjoy doing!

After completing a History degree in Queens, I wanted a career though which I could apply my research skills and experience of interacting with individuals and community groups. Hi, I’m Dearbhla and I am an account manager here at Honeycomb. I currently manage the temporary, interim and contract recruitment needs for one of the largest banks here in Northern Ireland. My background in consultancy has taught me the importance of building good communication links with both candidates and clients and the importance of adopting a consultative approach to solving business problems. I am very passionate about exceeding client expectations by sourcing the best talent on the market. I love getting to know candidates and understanding their key motivations, which then allows me to help them progress along their career path!
