Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm - Pay Rate - £12.75 per hour!

Join the dedicated team within Children's & Young People's Services at Southern Health and Social Care Trust and play a key role in supporting services that make a real difference to children, young people, and families across the community.
We are seeking an organised, professional, and motivated Band 3 Administrator who thrives in a busy office environment and can provide high-quality administrative support to a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
Main Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries professionally.
- Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
- Arrange meetings and accurately record formal minutes.
- Maintain confidential records and information systems.
- Support day-to-day office operations within the service.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must demonstrate:
Experience
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience of minute taking in a formal setting
Qualifications / Experience
Either:
- 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language (or equivalent/higher qualification) and 1 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role.
OR
- 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
