Honeycomb is pleased to partner with the Southern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 3 administrator for Children's & Young People's Services.

  • Based in Lisanally House
    Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Pay Rate - £12.75 per hour!

Join the dedicated team within Children's & Young People's Services at Southern Health and Social Care Trust and play a key role in supporting services that make a real difference to children, young people, and families across the community.

We are seeking an organised, professional, and motivated Band 3 Administrator who thrives in a busy office environment and can provide high-quality administrative support to a dynamic multidisciplinary team.

Main Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries professionally.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office
  • Arrange meetings and accurately record formal minutes.
  • Maintain confidential records and information systems.
  • Support day-to-day office operations within the service.

Essential Criteria

Applicants must demonstrate:

Experience

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience of minute taking in a formal setting

Qualifications / Experience

Either:

  • 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language (or equivalent/higher qualification) and 1 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role.

OR

  • 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
