Band 3 Administrators - South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust
Honeycomb are delighted to be partnering with the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a number of Band 3 Administrators on a temporary, full-time basis.

What is on offer?
- Band three pay: £12.75 per hour.
- Weekly pay
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
- No weekend work
- Enhanced holiday entitlement after 12 weeks

- Full training provided for audio typing
The Role
As a Band 3 Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the team.
Key duties will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team
- Completing audio typing - previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Managing telephone and email enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Organising appointments, meetings and diaries as required
- Ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Providing excellent customer service to colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders
Essential Criteria
To be considered for the role, applicants must have:
- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths, at Grade C or above.
- At least 1 year's administrative experience within a busy office environment
