Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with the Business Services Organisation (BSO) to recruit an Administrator to join the Recruitment Shared Services team. This is a busy, Armagh-based opportunity with an immediate start available.

The Organisation

The Business Services Organisation provides a range of essential support services to the Health and Social Care sector across Northern Ireland.

The successful Administrator will join the People and Place directorate, working specifically within the Recruitment Shared Services team. The position is based at Rosewood Villa, St Lukes Hospital, Armagh.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting the recruitment and selection process, providing an efficient and professional service to candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection activities, helping to ensure an efficient experience for candidates and recruiting managers.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, HR systems, and related documentation, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
  • Provide clear and timely guidance to applicants, managers, and colleagues regarding recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Produce management information, reports, and recruitment performance data to assist with effective decision-making.
  • Assist with investigating and resolving recruitment queries and service-related matters.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements to recruitment systems, processes, and overall service delivery.
  • Complete data checks, validation exercises, and audits to ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Provide a professional, helpful, and customer-focused service to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Person

Essential Criteria

  • 5 GCSEs at grades A-C, including Maths and English, or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 18 months' experience working in an administrative environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous experience in an HR or recruitment environment.
