Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with our client, a well-established construction company, to recruit a Compliance Administrator for their team based in Monaghan. The Compliance Administrator plays a vital role within the business, ensuring compliance processes are effectively managed while providing high-level administrative support to senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining compliance documentation and managing document flow to support audits, regulatory requirements, and accurate record keeping.
- Updating and maintaining internal systems, ensuring all compliance records, certifications, and documentation are accurate, current, and easily accessible.
- Coordinating meetings and providing administrative support to senior management.
- Supporting departments across the business with compliance-related queries, documentation, and ensuring company procedures are consistently followed.
- Preparing, collating, and distributing compliance reports and other key documentation to support business operations and decision-making.
- Working closely with senior management to provide administrative assistance across a range of compliance activities and business initiatives.
- Monitoring compliance standards to ensure all fundamental requirements, certifications, and industry regulations are met and maintained.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. You will thrive in a dynamic role, possess the ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively, and be confident working with a range of internal stakeholders. Strong IT skills are essential, alongside excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting the wider business.
The package for this position offers a competitive salary between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience. The role operates Monday to Friday working hours, with an early finish every Friday, and benefits from on-site parking.
