Finance Administrator (City Centre)

The Role

• Handle payment processing and provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

• Perform accurate data input, ensuring financial systems and records are kept up to date.

• Manage and update customer accounts, assisting with queries and issue resolution.

• Utilise Microsoft Excel to compile and organise financial reports.

• Build and sustain effective working relationships with clients and customers.

The Person

• Prior experience in an administrative or customer-facing position.

• Comfortable working with figures, with a keen eye for detail in data-related tasks.

• Proficient in IT systems, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Self-motivated and positive, able to work independently and collaboratively.

The Package
The position offers a salary of £27,000, is based in the city centre, and operates Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Additional benefits will be discussed with Honeycomb.
