Financial Services Administrator

Honeycomb is delighted to be working exclusively with an established and highly regarded financial planning organisation in the recruitment of a Financial Services Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, growing financial services business based in Belfast, supporting an experienced team of Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and Administrators.
The organisation provides a broad range of financial planning services across pensions, investments and wealth management and is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth.

The Role

The Financial Services Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the financial planning team, ensuring client information is accurately maintained and cases progress efficiently.
Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Letters of Authority
  • Providing general financial services administration
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
  • Obtaining information from providers
  • Preparing basic client valuations
  • Supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
  • Processing documentation and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients and product providers
  • Monitoring outstanding information and progressing cases
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day client administration

This role would suit either an experienced Financial Services Administrator or someone at an earlier stage in their financial services career who is keen to learn and progress.

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience within financial services, pensions, investments, banking or a similar regulated environment.
However, the organisation is also open to considering high-calibre graduates and trainee candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and ambition.
