Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established law firm in Lisburn to recruit a Part-Time Conveyancing Legal Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and professional team.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Working closely with Solicitors, you will provide secretarial and administrative support across residential conveyancing matters. The role will suit an experienced Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience who is looking for a part-time opportunity within a well-established firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to Solicitors
- Supporting residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
- Dealing with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties
- Preparing correspondence and documentation
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently
- Opening, maintaining and closing files
- General administrative support to the conveyancing team
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience as a Legal support role within a law firm
- Experience in residential conveyancing is essential
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and terminology
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Professional and confident when dealing with clients and third parties
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
