Honeycomb is delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a prestigious consultancy business, to recruit for a Business/Operations Manager on a temporary basis. This is a fully remote role and a rare opportunity to lead business improvement projects for a period of approximately 3 months. The business is a local organisation with an expansive client base, and a market-leading reputation.

The role of Business/Operations Manager is a senior position within the business, and you will be expected to oversee the day to day running of the organisation and lead the team. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be confident communicating with stakeholders at a senior level. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial skill set and be competent in analysing financial information. There will be a strong emphasis on business improvement/transformation within this position offering an exciting chance to make your mark.

The right person for this role will have significant management experience, ideally gained from within a professional SME organisation. You will have demonstrable experience in leading business transformation and be competent working with accounts/financial information. A minimum of 5 years of team management experience is required for this position. Possessing CIPD Level 5/HR qualification is desirable for this role.

The package for this role contains an attractive hourly rate of £30.00 per hour with a fully remote working arrangement. The hours are flexible; however the successful candidate will be required to work 5 days per week to support the team. Full details can be discussed with Honeycomb.
