Honeycomb is delighted to be working in partnership with a valued client to recruit a Service Administrator for their team in Craigavon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and expanding organisation operating within a fast-moving and continually developing industry.

The Role

As a Service Administrator, you will play an important part in supporting the smooth running of the business. Working closely with both customers and field engineers, you will coordinate service requests, organise schedules and provide essential administrative support across daily operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for clients, understanding their requirements and allocating jobs to the appropriate in-house engineers.
  • Acting as the key liaison for engineers, ensuring they have clear information regarding assigned works and scheduling jobs efficiently.
  • Managing and maintaining all relevant documentation linked to work orders, keeping customer records and accounts accurate and up to date.
  • Preparing regular performance and service reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Working collaboratively with various internal departments to ensure effective communication and the efficient progression of daily activities.
  • Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail while managing a varied workload in a busy environment.

The Person

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, possessing strong customer service skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be confident working within a high-volume, fast-paced setting and enjoy working as part of a team.

The Package

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £25,000 - £27,000, depending on experience. The role operates Monday to Thursday, with an earlier finish on Fridays, and on-site parking is also available.
